Microsoft Server & Workstation

Installation & upgrade of both Windows Server and Windows Workstation. Ensuring all are patched & all security updates are applied.

VMware & Hyper-V

Creation, management & maintenance of all server clients on both VMware & Hyper-V.

Managed Wi-Fi

Set up & maintenance of Managed Wi-Fi controller & AP's. Management of BYOD devices.

PC & Laptop Repairs

Repair & component swaps in both workstations & laptops. Reinstallation of operating systems, both manual & by Windows Deployment Server.

Network Security

Maintenance of Anti-Virus, Firewall & management of Email & school data to GDPR standards. Management of Internet Filtering.

Software Testing

Testing new software in a model environment to ensure compatibility & funtionality with the network & existing software.

Asset Management

Management & updating of cloud based Asset Management database. Responsibly disposing of redundant equipment.

Project Management 

Planning & implementation of all IT projects, large & small through to completion.

Network Documentation 

Creation & updating of in-depth Network documentation.

IT Procurement

Procurement of all IT ensuring value for money is achieved at all times.

Budget Management 

Management of the IT budget
